Privacy Policy
FunnelBoost ("we", "us", "our") provides Meta ads audit services at funnelboost.io. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it. We keep it plain and simple because that's how we operate.
What we collect:
When you submit an audit request, we collect the information you provide in our intake form: your name, email address, the ad images or creative assets you upload, and your landing page URL (for $99 audits). When you make a payment, your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it:
We use your information solely to deliver the audit you've paid for. Specifically: your ad assets and landing page are analyzed to produce your audit report; your email is used to send you that report and any follow-up related to your order; your name is used to personalize the report. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Third-party services we use:
Running FunnelBoost involves a small number of trusted tools that may process your data as part of delivering the service:
Tally - collects your form submission and uploaded files. Stripe — processes your payment securely. Notion — stores order records internally. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - receives anonymised, hashed purchase data via our Conversions API to measure ad performance and deliver relevant advertising. Meta also operates the Meta Pixel on this site.
Google - used for advertising measurement via Google Ads and site analytics via Google Analytics, in addition to report delivery via Gmail. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and handles data in accordance with applicable law.
Data retention:
We retain your order information and uploaded assets for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. If you'd like your data removed sooner, just email us and we'll take care of it within 7 days.
Your rights:
You can ask us at any time to: confirm what data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your data entirely. To exercise any of these rights, email audits@funnelboost.io.
Cookies:
This site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to measure site traffic, analyze visitor behaviour, and support our advertising. Specifically:
Meta Pixel and Conversions API — we use Meta's browser-based Pixel and server-side Conversions API to measure ad performance on Meta owned properties. The Conversions API sends anonymised, hashed data (such as a hashed email address and a pseudonymous order ID) directly from our servers to Meta after a purchase, to improve measurement accuracy.
Google Ads and Google Analytics — we use Google's tracking tags to measure conversions from Google Ads campaigns and to analyse site traffic.
Webflow — our site platform may collect basic analytics data.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting Meta's Ad Preferences, Google's Ad Settings, or by adjusting your browser cookie settings.
Changes to this policy:
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of FunnelBoost after a change means you accept the updated policy.
